Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen, a Vietnamese American businesswoman, lives in Orange County California. I am married to a beautiful man named JP as well as hapless dad Henry. A lot of people know my username as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my life from ups to the downs. My parents took my family to America in the year 1990, at which point I was only one and a half years old. I would not be able to share my story with you today if my parents didn't work hard and make sacrifices. Given the chance to live a better life I was determined to try my best to please them and determined to achieve my goals. I believed my life would go a certain way: graduate from university, be offered an employment opportunity in the corporate world, then be married, and then start with a family. My idea of success was to attend college after graduation, and then find an employment in a corporation. I would then marry then buy a house, and have kids. But life had different plans. My corporate job in 2013 was something I dreaded. The status and wealth were not what I needed to feel happy. I felt I wasted my time to make a living. I was passionate about exercising and enjoyed having fun and helping people while I walked the new direction in my life. I discovered my passion for personal training. My business was founded in 2014. My company is celebrating its 7th anniversary this year. There are very few Asian women are employed in the fashion industry. As a coach I'm determined to be a positive influence by offering high-quality coaching to help others become more healthy and happy. I am also committed to supporting others so that they can reach their goals, follow their dreams and live the life of your dreams. My career took off as I experienced the greatest success in my entire life. My mother died just as my professional life began to fall off. Her battle for 8 years with Scleroderma has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will always be in my heart and mind. It is possible to learn from life, even though it may be difficult to spot it in the moment. My mom's death changed my life in so many ways. I am convinced that my Mom gave me another chance to be alive through her passing. She passed away on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start the next chapter of her life. It was also a chance give me a second chance to live a happy, fulfilled and meaningful life. As I approach my 30s I am awestruck by the feeling that I am alive and living. It's not as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. My story is made available to my readers so that I am able to share with you my experiences as well as my words. This will help you know you're not alone. You're capable of achieving anything you want and more. Therapy is necessary as is regular. The health of a person is the most important asset. I pray that you live your life to its fullest and that you die without regrets because death is the sole thing that is promised to all of us during our lives.
